Beautiful hotel with metro station right in the doorstep

Liked:Beautiful hotel with the metro station on the door step which makes transport from the airport so easy and straightforward. The Duomo was about a 20 minute walk away along beautiful streets. Rooms were spotless with monogrammed towels and beautiful bedding which included a nightly turn-down service. Drinks in the bar were lovely although pricey and at checkout there was an optional service charge added although I did decline as I had already tipped. I would recommend this hotel 5*

The atmosphere of the hotel is both elegant and distinctive, with beautifully designed interiors that create a unique and memorable setting. The service was consistently attentive and professional, and I was particularly grateful for the thoughtful gesture of the champagne from Mr. Stefano Risole. He is clearly a people-oriented and highly respectful individual, which made the experience feel especially personal and welcoming. The room was exceptionally comfortable, with great attention to detail in both design and amenities, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Overall, my stay was both luxurious and memorable, and I would be delighted to return in the future.
