Not a a great value for money especially with breakfast included at Una Hotel with 15% less.

Liked:Breakfast was not provided/included in the price. I chose it for the location having stayed there before.

Disliked:I was in room 1. The room was small. The window to the balcony had lock problem. First night all the street sound, transportation and others where heard during night. Second night I tried to close it properly but it had issues. 2 hanging lights was not working or was not meant to work. There was no help in the apartment. All was by phone. The attached bath had issues -- water was flowing out to the room when one took a shower. I was charged twice for City Tax though I was alone. I could not submit the pre check-in form with a single occupant. I had to write my name twice and it charged Cirty Tax twice. I am still waiting for the refund.

Liked:Lovely rooms in a converted apartment in a beautiful old building. The apartment is very convenient to duomo and other attractions, quickly by metro or about 25 minute walk. Unfortunately we visited during ferragosto so.lots of local shops were closed but it looks like a fun neighborhood in normal times. For a family of 5 we had 2 bedrooms so the use of the common area for eating, coffee, and tea was very nice. The rooms, decor, beds, bedding, bathroom, AC all were great quality, functioned well and were comfortable. I didn't try the TV. The room was clean and everything smelled fresh. Windows and a small balcony were functional for fresh air if we needed it. All in all it was exactly what we were looking for in a short stopover in Milan!

Disliked:The rooms have been cleverly designed to contain a full bath and shower. It works great for short stays but might be a little tight for longer visits.

Cozy, clean, wonderful host – a perfect place to stay!😊

Liked:A very cozy interior. There’s a kitchen where you can make tea or coffee, have a snack, and there are even complimentary snacks available – thank you to the apartment owners for that. Everything is clean, beautiful, and well-kept. The staff is always available via WhatsApp and responds quickly to any questions. Special thanks for allowing us to leave our luggage while we explored the city for the whole day. After that, we were able to charge our phones, have some tea, and then head to the train station without any rush. Highly recommend – 100 out of 100!

Disliked:No real negatives for me – just a heads-up for others: There’s a café right under the window, and people are out there talking and having fun pretty much all night. It didn’t disturb me at all, so it’s not a con in my book – just useful info, especially for families with children.

Real hidden gem. Comfortable lovely stay in a fabulous location.

Liked:The room/bathroom is stunning. Really well designed and comfortable. Fabulous location from central and spa and LIN airport.

Disliked:The instructions leading up to the property felt overwhelming but it was very simple on arrival. The key in the apartment -states this opens the back gate, however it doesn’t it opens the front door. Slightly confusing. There were no full size bath towels and had to use hand towels after washing.
