It’s like ur renting a room in a building . It’s 8 min walk to the main station with many restaurants around . No staff

Disliked:TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NO SECURITY, STAFF STEALS MONEY! I stayed at this hotel for just one day, and it was a huge mistake. We left our bags at the hotel and went out to explore Milan. Inside my backpack, I had my passport with €50 tucked inside it. While we were gone, SOMEONE FROM THE STAFF RUMMAGED THROUGH MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS! The money was stolen right out of my passport! Unfortunately, I only noticed this after I had checked out and left, so I couldn't confront them on the spot. But this is completely unacceptable! This isn't just bad service—this is theft. If you value your belongings, money, and peace of mind - DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES and avoid this hotel altogether. Zero security and zero trust in the staff.
