Disliked:The room served its purpose for our family's long weekend stay. It was spacious, well-lit, and had plenty of storage for our clothes and other belongings, which made our stay comfortable. Unfortunately, housekeeping was a major disappointment. Our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. Each day when we returned, the beds had not been made, the bathroom had not been cleaned, and we were not provided with fresh towels or replenished amenities. There were also a couple of maintenance issues that should be addressed. The bathroom door did not close properly and had to be lifted in order to latch and lock, making privacy inconvenient. Additionally, the blackout shade would not move up or down because the chain was malfunctioning, and I ended up fixing it myself. Overall, while the room itself was spacious and functional, the lack of housekeeping and unresolved maintenance issues significantly impacted our experience.

Disliked:When I got there it was completely dark. They didnt have any power. So they couldn't check anybody in and have refused to contact me back about my refund. I have called several times and sent messages. I never got to stay there. I had to find somewhere else to stay.
