Liked:It could have been a much better stay-the check in was quick- great point! The staff was friendly. My problem was when we got to the room, there were no towels except one wash cloth. There are no phones in the rooms. I called and left a message. We didn’t get towels until 10 pm- apparently there was some issue with their service. They actually had a full sized bathtub. I was so excited until I couldn’t get the plug to go down. They have a restaurant on the premises which offers a 15% discount if you stay at the hotel. The food selection is limited. If you want only American food- they offer pizza. I had the pork street tacos which were delicious in my opinion.

Liked:The photographs are not the same as in person. The place is depressing and old, it smells bad, there are insects, and the price is very high for a place like that.

Liked:2/3 staff interactions were very pleasant, the area was ok, pretty loud, and homeless people around. Nice Cuban coffee within walking distance. Room was cleanish and comfortable, but a bit crusty. Had to move rooms and the second room was much nicer.
