Disliked:Location is good however there is no parking bailable at the hotel they use a third party valet parking at 40 USD a night While there are similar hotels in the area same series with fee parking and lower budget

amazing

Liked:Check in was for 4pm but the gentleman at the reception was gracious enough to assist us with an early check in and a room that is way better than the room we booked. It was a really a huge relief after a long trip. Thank you.

Disliked:Aside from the delay in refund of the $75 caution fee which is not their fault, every other thing was super amazing.
