Rooms have improved although pricey

Liked:Very expensive. Rooms have been fully refurbished and finally it feels like a luxury hotel again (see my prior review of this property). Lobby still needs some work and driveway is awkward as the hotel is connected to an office building and there are tons of stairs. Executive lounge provides an acceptable breakfast, but not as generous as in the past. Convenient if you need to do business at or near Brickell. Overpriced like everything else in Miami!

Liked:Very basic and every day the same food, not many options for a brand like JW. I had to eat breakfast out instead as the food was not tasty.

Disliked:Different options, and better service. The staff (one specific lady, a bit old) was rude, telling me that it was a self service restaurant, but in the bill they were asking for tips
