Disliked:They sold a cheese cake that had expired topping that we showed the front desk the front desk attendant was very rude and on another day on check out they were no baggage trolley again the front desk attendants was rude with no solution, he said you can make multiple trip and bring down your bags yourself

Liked:The room was much larger than other similar hotels. This made it comfortable for three adults. The location was convenient to the airport and the baseball stadium. The breakfast had a lot of options.

Disliked:Parking was a bit chaotic and cost $18/night, but was adequate.

Absolutely loved this location close to Publix for a few things!

Liked:I loved their breakfast with a huge variety of food! It was on 10th floor which was neat you had a good view od the airport!

Liked:Upon my arrival Angel was Awesome!! Explain everything about the hotel love it, when I check into my room they had my name showing on tv welcoming me. Now that was👍👍 up for me that swept me away. Beautiful view for a first timer coming! Love it! Now only that, they stayed in contact with any needs I might have threw texting me by my phone. The breakfast was Awesome!! I foundly found a hotel that service grits . You Rock it!Overall impression of this hotel was amazing and #1 in my book. Definitely will be back! Thank you so much for this beautiful hotel and staff. Everyone here went Above and Beyond.

Disliked:Elevator wasn't working in the parking garage.
