Liked:I truly enjoyed the exceptional service throughout my stay. From the valet team to check-in and check-out, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely professional. The staff listened to guests' needs and made me feel valued throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the extended checkout, which was a thoughtful gesture. The hospitality was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Every interaction reflected a high level of care and professionalism, making my stay both comfortable and memorable.

Disliked:The only aspect that disappointed me was the lack of a dedicated spa within the hotel itself. As a luxury property, I expected a full-service Four Seasons spa on-site. While there is access to spa services through the affiliated Equinox facility, it felt more like a partnership than an integrated hotel amenity. In addition, the spa services ended relatively early in the evening, which limited flexibility for guests. Having a dedicated Four Seasons spa with extended hours would significantly enhance the overall guest experience and better align with the exceptional standard of service provided throughout the rest of the property.

Liked:Love this hotel! It's our home away from home when we are in Miami. Can always count on great service and a great experience. Props to Leticia (Hotel Ambassador) for always going the extra mile for us - she is a huge asset to Four Seasons Miami.
