Guests under the age of 23 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. The property is currently undergoing construction, which may result in certain limitations for guests. There may be construction noise between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The swimming pool is available Saturdays and Sundays only. Views and balconies are obstructed. Construction workers may be present outside the building between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
