Liked:Great location Amazing views Very clean with high-end amenities

Disliked:The AC did not work very well. Woke up feeling hot most nights even though the AC was on. Was blowing barely cool air.

Liked:The property was conveniently located in Brickell. Palermo homes went above and beyond in making sure I can check in early for a small fee, and in extending another night to my reservation due to last minute flight cancellation. Palermo homes was always available when I needed something and responded in a very timely manner each time. The room was huge for a solo traveler, but I enjoyed the space! And the views from the balcony was always a great start to my day, watching the sunrise each day. Unit was well equipped and had everything I needed. The property had amazing staff who were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Spa was beautiful, pool was lovely and chill, and the restaurant, Adrift Mare, was phenomenal, as I ate most of my meals there, 29$ lunch special came in handy. I look forward to staying in the future!

A serene escape from hustle and bustle, we love it!!!!!!

Liked:Wonderfully, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the property offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle, while still being conveniently accessible. The strict attention to detail and care put into this apartment is obvious. We would absolutely love to stay here again on our next trip to Miami!Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

Liked:The accommodation is in a great location, close to the Metromover, supermarkets, and the heart of Brickell.The view from the room was absolutely fantastic, and everything really was within easy reach. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and I received all the information I needed. Everything was well organized and exactly as described!
