Outstanding Service from Simon!!

Liked:I had an excellent experience at the pool area of Sunny Hotel thanks to the outstanding pool attendant Simon Pelaez. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure every guest felt comfortable and welcome. The pool area was always clean, organized, and well maintained, and he was quick to assist with towels, seating, and any questions we had.

Amazing, friendly hotel with a private access to the beach with all necessary stuff for it.

Liked:Location, amenities, beach, pool area, room - everything 10 of 10. 100% will stay in this hotel again. Amazing friendly staff. Big new renovated room with an upgraded shower room with premium brand shower products. Literally just bring your self, swimming suits and good vibes. Private and safe parking lot on the territory, you won't wait long for the car to bring it to you. Recommend this facility who travel with kids as well as who travel with friends.

Disliked:Everything was amazing. No cons.

Spectacular

Liked:Every detail was spectacular! The location, the entry way, the valet, the front desk staff, the atmosphere, the grounds, the elevators, the room, the balcony, the yellow and white striped robes, the beds, the lights, the decor! After missing our cruise ship, The Sunny was just the thing to make our adventure better!!!
