Liked:Extremely high standards of service, everyone was very very attentive Good breakfast Good room inside

Disliked:1. There are constructions from BOTH sides of the hotel, very loud during the daytime, impossible to stay near the pool even with soundproof headphones 2. A cleaning lady broke my expensive serum in the bathroom and a razor. We reported it to the reception, they said they they “will check and apologise” but nothing happened after that 3. Another cleaning crew put my Dyson in the drawer (I never do that) so I forgot it. And when I ask them to deliver it to my friend who is 30 min away from the hotel - they rejected and said that they can only send it with fedex. So I’m without my only one dryer now. 4. When you need to go to the pool area - you need to pass a restaurant, literally through the tables where people are dining. It’s not comfortable because you can’t just wear a bathrobe and go to the pool.
