An unforgettable Engagement Experience at The Plymouth!

Liked:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Engagement Experience at The Plymouth! My fiancé and I just returned from the most magical trip to Miami, where we got engaged, and we owe so much of that unforgettable experience to Ana Fandiño, the Recreational Manager at The Plymouth Hotel. From the moment we arrived, Ana gave us absolute ultra-VIP treatment. What I didn’t know at the time was that she had been working secretly behind the scenes with my partner as an incredible accomplice, helping to plan and execute every single detail of the proposal so it would be flawless. She made sure everything was seamless, intimate, and stress-free for both of us. Throughout our entire stay, her hospitality was unmatched. She spoiled us daily with complimentary shots at the pool bar, refreshing frozen fruit, and icy cold towels right when we needed them by the pool. Ana’s warmth, meticulous attention to detail, and top-tier service made us feel truly celebrated. If you are planning a special milestone, proposal, or luxury getaway in Miami, request Ana—she is an absolute gem and made our trip something we will cherish forever!

Best Service

Liked:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The absolute best service! Ana made our family trip! If you are staying at The Plymouth Hotel, you are in for an incredible treat, especially if you meet Ana Fandiño. As the Recreational Manager, she completely elevated our family vacation and treated us like absolute VIPs from the moment we arrived. Ana didn't just make sure we were comfortable by the pool—she went out of her way to build a complete itinerary for us, recommending the best places and spots to visit during our trip. While we were relaxing, she constantly checked in on me and my kids, making sure everyone was happy. She even surprised the adults with complimentary shots at the pool bar and brought out the most refreshing frozen fruit for the whole family to beat the afternoon heat. Her attention to detail and genuine care for my children made us feel so special. Ana is a true hospitality superstar, and she is the main reason we will definitely be booking another stay at The Plymouth!
