Spend your money on a different hotel in South Beach, front desk staff exceptionally rude and unwilling to accommodate f

Liked:The outside pool area has nice landscaping, the location is not bad although it is not in walking distance to most good dining or shopping.

Disliked:The staff at the front desk was exceptionally rude, most of them appeared to be in training and this hotel really does not care about retaining customers. Overall there are a lot better options in South Beach to stay for the same rate where the amenities and staff are much better. They claim to be a spa hotel but it is furthest from the truth- the pool does not have jacuzzi area, spa is not included in the stay and they only have a steam room. Upon check in our room was not clean, the toilet had feces on it. Once you check out if you are using the amenities they don’t have a shower or locker room for you. Use your money else where.

My favorite hotel

Liked:I LOVE this hotel, it's my favorite, because it is eco-friendly. They are have smart thermostats, farm-to-table dining, no plastic used in facility, in restaurant, on the beach bar, water usage monitoring, ocean water safe and vegan shampoo, soaps in a shower, and, of course "Aveda" spa salon on the first floor: plant based and vegan products and essential oils. I will always come back in this hotel, very friendly and calm atmosphere

Disliked:It is only one thing I didn't like, that in SPA salon is not traditional Shirodhara was provided. You should or remove it from your menu, or teach your massage therapist to do it correctly in Ayurvedic tradition, and don't touch the client during the ceremony, let's oil dripping correctly on the forehead, and many things..... Thank you for understanding.

a quality relaxing oasis

Liked:the room was small but really nice and new. and had a great window with a beautiful view, bathroom was small but also really welcoming and made you want to spend time unlike in many other hotels 9 also price) we've stayed in while traveeling round Florida. pool was really nice and relaxing too, I thought first it was small but it was never crowded. breakfast was pretty good too. quiet and good for sleeping

Disliked:rooms a bit bigger. if you stay for longer that would be great but we liked it anyway. the only thing was that when we arrived by car the stuff wanted to take out car and was rushing us and creating confusion when we only wanted to unload our bags and return the car to rental company. but these were minor hings.

Not for the sensitive sleepers.

Liked:Great location! Great bar and restaurant, great breakfast! Clean rooms!

Disliked:Staff intentionally put all the families with kids in one floor, poor sound insulation between rooms and big gap below room door below so guess how it went with sleeping. Windows from outside not cleaned Sound insulation is very poor. No sound insulation from corridor because of poor door quality. Very poor sound insulation between rooms. Restaurant asks for tips on top of bills already with service surcharges taxes bills and ect.
