Not a four star hotel

Liked:Old run down hotel they made the lobby look nice where the pictures are but it’s way overpriced for the quality of property it is I don’t know how they got four stars they must be scamming the system As the same stars as the W hotel has

Liked:We ended up staying at the San Juan Hotel after a relocation, and I’m so glad we did. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Miami Beach and easy to get everywhere. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made a stressful travel day so much better. The quaint little pool area was a hidden gem — sheltered from the wind and a perfect place to relax or get a little work done while enjoying complimentary coffee. Plus, the beach location was well equipped with loungers, umbrellas, towels, and more. Breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable — not large, but absolutely everything we needed. Overall, a charming hotel with great service and a peaceful vibe. Would happily stay here again.

Tremendous value for the location

Liked:You cannot beat the location of this hotel, it is in the heart of South Beach. We found the San Juan to be very clean, comfortable and friendly—a tremendous value for our money. This is not a fancy hotel and the walls are a little thin, but we found the room to be extremely comfortable and quiet at night. If you want proximity to the beach (it’s across the street!) without breaking the bank, this is your place!
