Dirty, no full kitchen, everything is broken

Disliked:The room was very dirty. We had to call the front desk twice to have the bed sheets changed because they were not clean. The bathroom door would not close properly and had a huge gap, which provided no privacy at all. The biggest issue was the kitchen. Before booking, we specifically asked multiple times whether the room had a fully functional kitchen because I needed to cook for my child. When we arrived, we found that there was no real kitchen—only a refrigerator and a dishwasher. After we complained, they brought us a small portable hot plate that barely worked. I couldn’t even boil water on it. The beach is located across a busy road from the hotel, and the beach itself was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, we were charged more than the amount shown on our booking confirmation. We had to call and argue about the extra charges. Check your credit card statements carefully and keep all your receipts. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would never stay here again.

It was ok, you probably can get better hotel for the same or a little bit more money

Disliked:1 - they provide chairs and umbrella but you have to carry it from the hotel to the beach 2- stuff at the reception doesn’t really speak English so what’s you ask it might be missed or added to your hotel charges 3 - there was a piece of glass on the floor when we arrived in our room 4 - I called and ask twice to make sure we have a crib in our room and it wasn’t there 5 - there is no reception in the room on the first floor

Serious Safety and Comfort Concerns

Disliked:During our stay, we had a sofa bed with a completely sunken mattress, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. We had to place the couch cushions underneath just to get a decent night’s rest — an unacceptable situation for any hotel. On the first day, we requested the sofa bed to be set up, which was done, however staff left the room door wide open, exposing our belongings and leaving us vulnerable to other guests. When we raised this concern with the front desk, the receptionist failed to grasp the seriousness of the security breach, showing a complete lack of awareness regarding basic guest safety protocols. Additionally, the breakfast offering was extremely limited, falling far short of what is expected at a property of this category.
