Disliked:While the hotel has potential, the rooms and hallways are in need of a refresh. They are currently a bit rundown and not kept as clean as they should be, making the stay feel overpriced for the experience

Exceptional Service and Stay

Liked:I enjoyed my stay during Miami Swim Week. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Luis was especially exceptional as he helped me with the bike rental. The hotel stayed clean and accommodated a large population of guests. The location is perfect, everything is walkable. Thank you for your hospitality, I will be back and would recommend visiting and staying at The Mondrian South Beach.

Liked:The best part of my stay was definitely the restaurant and bar area with the beautiful ocean view. Sitting by the table or bar while looking out at the water was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Disliked:However, there were several things that could be improved. The outside restaurant area was extremely hot, and the fans they currently have are not effective. I think the hotel should invest in better cooling systems or replace the fans to make guests more comfortable, especially in the outdoor seating area.

Luis at The Mondrian Gives Top Tier Service!

Liked:I had originally came to the Mondrian for work and the official Miami swim week shows. I was greeted by Luis and he was very accommodating and offered me water, carried my bags and helped me find my room. He was extremely helpful and a great assistance would definitely give him and staff at the Mondrian a 10 out of 10! Definitely will be coming back for a personal vacation!
