Expensive hotel with a poor, bad breakfast. Irregular valet parking charges.

Liked:In short, the hotel is well-located, right across from the beach.

Disliked:I used the hotel's own valet service for my overnight stay and was charged $62. However, upon checking out, I asked the receptionist if my wife and I could spend some more time in the pool area enjoying drinks from the poolside bar; I was told we could stay there at no extra cost. I also asked about the parking and whether there would be any additional fees, and was assured there would be no issues and nothing extra would be charged. After spending a few hours at the pool, we left to catch our return flight. To my unpleasant surprise, however, my credit card was charged $150 instead of the original $62. I am very upset about this charge and would like a refund, given that I had been informed there would be no additional costs.

Disliked:Well first let’s start off with the breakfast it was terrible and I was looking forward to that breakfast also lolo staff that girl idk if she white or Mexican but she was rude asf and didn’t have manners I’ll never stay at Marriott because of that

Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Liked:The convenience of location was my top priority.

Disliked:I paid for an ocean view with balcony suite, but what the hotel failed to mention is the balcony for my specific room was only a foot wide . Would not have spent the money at your hotel if I was aware of that before hand.
