Great location w/valet parking.10 mins walk London Mall places to eat, take pictures.

Liked:Quick check in. Relaxing balcony. Comfy bed. Keurig machine with K-cups with creamers which I did not use. Mini refrigerator and mini microwave.

Disliked:The curtain rod looked bend not functionally the balcony was not dust free on the outdoor chairs. The shower door should be frosted. The counter by the chair area need reinforcing to the wall.

It was a much needed vacation for me however I wasn’t as pleased with the hotel as I would have liked.

Liked:I like the convenience of the property. I liked the balcony and the modern amenities like a Toto toilet and steamer in shower.

Disliked:I didn’t like how the pool was closed, there was no ice machine, housekeeping came early every morning at 9am (while we were sleeping) but never followed back up later in the day. I didn’t like the discoloration of the toilet in my room.

Pleasant and staff really helpful and friendly

Liked:Staff were really helpful and was in a good location

Disliked:A few issues with clear window in bathroom and no fridge however these were quickly resolved with workarounds from the the staff. The pool was also not as expected however again there was a very good alternative we were able to use in the sister hotel
