Liked:Ricardo at the front desk was super friendly at check in. The location is by the most famous street at Miami beach, Ocean drive where you have all the restaurants on a walking distance. The hotel offer valet parking. The room exceed my expecations for the price I paid. It was very nice with, clean and good size. The amenities such as shampoo etc product was good quality.

Good location bed comfortable however definitely not worth the money.

Liked:The location’s a great spot in the heart of south beach. The hotels lobby is clean and presentable and staff are helpful and polite.

Disliked:The shower was broken we had to wait over a hour for maintenance to come and fix before we could then get ready to go out for the evening as the only available rooms were a downgrade from what we had paid extra for an “upgrade”. There were cigarette butts and empty drinks containers on the balcony. The bath tap fitting was really loose. The water bottles in the fridge had their seal broken. The en-suite tap would make a horrendous noise and the water would trickle out when put on hot I assume a water pressure issue.

Amazing location, great amenities, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere

Liked:This is the most Prime location! It was amazing to be so close to the beach and be able to walk back within 2 minutes of the shore. The room was nice as well and the hotel lobby smelled incredible, I tried to ask what scent it was but they told me a company comes to clean everyday and sprays the scent.

Disliked:If you're needing the valet (which is $50 a night) at odd hours you can expect to feel like its self service and have to go to the back to help yourself. My boyfriend and I had a ferry to catch and we asked for the valet to pull the car around in advance, once we came downstairs to collect the keys, ask for towels and leave there was no one at the desk but our keys were behind the desk, we called out for someone for about 10 minutes until my boyfriend and I agreed if we waited any longer we'd be late for the ferry. Taking matters into our own hands went in the back to grab towels ourselves, the car keys and then leaving a note. Over an hour later we got a call from the note we left saying that they were in the bathroom... Sort of the same situation happened the same night but then we were trying to give the car keys back since I paid for valet the whole stay. After 15 minutes someone finally came back to the desk to collect the keys. Also I feel like the room could've been a little bit cleaner, not that it was very dirty but a better wipe down would have been nice
