Liked:Busy location on main strip

Disliked:Not as advertised; personal data privacy risk, no valet (told to find a car park), no help with bags, smelly foyer, unclean. They photocopy your passport and keep in a non secure way. When I said this was an issue and could there be a work around, I was refused and told to go elsewhere but denied a refund for two bookings. Awful service and risk to my personal data/passport.

Great value I paid $108 plus $40 car parking

Liked:Directly across the beach

Disliked:No pool no valet parking at the hotel you have to park at a public parking lot on 13 and Collins ($40) overnight parking they have valet style - hot water was Luke warm in my shower but the ac was great

Disliked:Morning shift front desk staff on 6/12 was rude and abrupt. Mgr from the day before said we could have late check out til noon. 6/12 staffer said no, and told me to let her speak and be quiet and I had 10 to vacate and not a minute longer. Because I’m in my peace mode I did not give her a piece of my mind. However, everything else was fine. Oh they have no pool. Not sure that matters but it’s worth noting.
