Front desk was outstanding!

Liked:I went with my daughter on a short business trip. When we checked in early evening we were exhausted and the front desk agent, Ariel was more than helpful. From parking to restaurant ideas, he came through! That means a lot to us. Excellent staff at the front desk and room was perfect. Thank you Miami Hilton Garden Inn!

I would recommend the stay just make sure the prices are what they say they are

Two night stay between our cruise

Liked:I had a wonderful stay. The staff was amazing especially Mrs Carolina!!!!! She made both our check in and check out experience feel like we we were at home. She was pleasant and helpful. A wonderful end to our cruise vacation. The facility literally would feel less welcoming if she were to leave. I hope to see her again on my next stay in Miami!!!!!!!!!!!!! The location was conveniently close to the shore. Walking distance to the beach and comfort. Hotel was clean and well stocked with body wash and lotion. A quiet and upscale atmosphere. Rooms were quiet and cozy. Very close quarters as you would expect in Miami Beach ocean front property. Pricing was competitive but definitely a value for Hilton property. Very pleased overall.
