Amazing

Liked:Jill and Ana were amazing! I am so happy they invited me from the hotel gym to go do their class. It was just the workout I needed on my vacation! I am coming back every day to do their class while on vacation. Thank you guys again for the amazing class.

Liked:Everything was fabulous. I don’t use that word often. I live locally, booked a staycation to celebrate birthday. Really beautiful interior design. great service from everyone- from beach and pool attendants to housekeeping to restaurant waitstaff to management to front desk and valet. Hotel is in great condition, very modern and stylish, immaculate. Byredo toiletries. Clothing steamer provided. Spacious and comfortable room. Robes and slippers. Great beach and two pools. Had breakfast and lunch here, very good. Also great drinks at pool/beach and bar Centro. I’m a big fan and highly recommend. For Amex platinum cardholders, recommend booking via Amex travel as it provides early check in, late checkout, room upgrade and other benefits. So easy to waste a lot of money in Miami, this was money well spent. Thank you

Great service Luxury hotel

Liked:This is our second time at Andaz and needed to give them a positive review. We came for my husbands 40th this past weekend and they were so accommodating. From checking on us constantly and answering every request quickly it made the trip stress free. Hotel is very clean and newer and if you’ve been to south beach often you know how rare this is - even for high end properties. We enjoyed bar centro which has amazing cocktails and aguasols breakfast. The spa was very nice as well and I had the best prenatal massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.
