Location is good, not sure if I would come back.

Liked:Location was fine, staff was friendly. Shout out to the valet parking staff who were always happy and super attentive.

Disliked:Too many authorisation charges made my whole stay uncomfortable. Waking up everyday to a new authorisation when I have paid all upfront was very confusing. Breakfast was way too basic, it could be improved. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel to a family with children.

Excellent hotel, great rooms, very clean and comfortable. Would stay there again!

Liked:Love the breakfast setup as if it was a house you were going into. But it should be bigger! Rooms great and views from high up are awesome. Hope the building they're erecting in front is not too high, would spoil the view.

Disliked:I think the breakfast was very crowded, perhaps need more people replenishing food. We saw just one guy working really hard. He was very good and polite, but I could see he was struggling.

Disliked:when we arrived after a 14 hours flight, staff could not find our reservation and told us to search for amother hotel. it was the formula week-end and all hotels in Miami area were booked. we waited at the reception for an hour. then another staff member came to help us and found our reservation. it was very stressfull after such a long flight
