Amazing green retreat

Liked:The whole complex is amazing, green, well designed, both inside and outside pool areas are very clean and nice. Food buffet and service is amazing, both quality and availability. Great parking, both covered and well shaded. Excellent charging infrastructure.

Disliked:Pillows could be better.

Liked:Very welcoming, incredible decor and very nice facilities. The staff were unbelievable accommodating and friendly.

Disliked:Not many complaints, could’ve done with a hot tub but not the be all and end all as everything else met expectations and was fantastic

Hotel with Character to discover the Neander valley

Liked:Hotel soundings are beautiful. Big pool and well equipped gym. Rooms very spacious and comfortable - perfect for a gate away of few days.

Disliked:Te hotel is a maze. you get the hand of it after few hours but can get confusing. Restaurant prices can be very expensive. I discovered (too late) there are promotions on the hotel itself (i.e Romantic, "2 days trip", etc) for different bundles. These are not available via Booking, which could have made the price drop significantly.
