Liked:An alarm was going off at 1 a.m. and I said something the next morning and was just told that they didn't know anything, no sorry or anything further.

Liked:Nice building. Clean throughout.

Disliked:Booking com and hotel pictures don't match. I was not given the room shown even though it was available. They treated me like I was trying to sneak my dog in even though I reserved a room that accepted pets. And there are NO BALCONIES like stated. Just fake balconies with 12 inch platforms that are not accessible from the rooms.
