Everything you could want in a studio apartment in a great location

Liked:I stayed in this studio in mid-June, on a solo trip, and it was ideal for one. Very clean, nice coffee machine with pods, balcony overlooks one of the main shopping streets and is a great spot for people watching, plus it gets sun in the evening. The building has a lovely cool lobby and you can use the entrance onto the shopping street or the entrance onto the seafront. I had a very pleasant stay and I will definitely return here.

Disliked:I wasn't aware that I had to use the switch inside the entrance door to close both of the metal shutters on the balcony. There is a switch beside the balcony doors but it only controls one side, so I spent two nights with only one side closed before I realized that I could shut both shutters using the switch at the entrance door instead.

Liked:The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is brand new, modern, and very well equipped. One of the best features is the direct access to the seaside, which makes it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. At the same time, it is conveniently located close to the Old Town, so you can easily explore the city, restaurants, and local attractions. Highly recommended!

Lovely studio for a single traveler in Menton.

Liked:Excellent location that is perfect for the seaside and the old town of Menton, restaurants and bars. Rosa met us to explain everything and give us the keys. She is super responsive and charming. A big plus for us was the unusually reasonable check-in time, especially for an apartment. The building has excellent security with a daytime concierge and keys/code required for entry to building, then also to elevator/stairs as well as apartments - would especially recommend for a woman traveling alone. We didn’t cook but the studio was well-equipped for our needs. Luxurious bathroom.

Disliked:Smallish studio with a Murphy bed that for two people requires one to crawl out at the end. It’s very hard and the pillows are also flat and hard. There was really no place to put luggage that wasn’t in the way - and no racks to put it on though there were folding chairs on the deck one can use. The balcony is on a relatively busy street, while the apartment is on the first floor and one of the blinds at the French windows didn’t close, which was a privacy issue. Rosa responded right away but the technician could only come the week after we left (small town), so presumably that issue is now resolved. The washing machine is studio-sized and perfect for one person.
