Late night hotel staff not so friendly and didn’t explain why my room was changed to a different floor as I had my grand

Disliked:Gave our room away after it was reserved to be next to our second reserved room Light above bathroom sink was broken and had to get ready without peoper lighting.

Liked:Location, good breakfast and the pool was nice. Staff was very friendly

Disliked:Our room wasn’t very clean. Bathroom , bedroom floor and things in the room wasn’t cleaned the proper way for someone to stay in a nice room that had a previous rating.
