Excellent location for Convention Centre/ DFO

Liked:The location was ideal for the Congress at the Convention Centre, just a 2-minute walk across the pedestrian bridge. Convenient paid parking is available on level 3 of the same building. The after-hours process for collecting the keys on arrival was straightforward and well explained. The three-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, well laid out, with a nice balcony and comfortable outdoor furniture (non-river view). Two bathrooms and a powder room made managing time easier for a family of five. We didn't use the swimming pool or gym but they appeared to be in good condition.
Disliked:Beds and pillows are not the most comfortable. There is a very limited amount of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and dishwasher liquid provided, especially if staying longer. One of the bedrooms was small and did not have a window, which made it feel enclosed with no natural light.

Never again!

Liked:Great location, easy to get to and to park. We arrived out of office hours and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.
Disliked:The apartment we got was horrible - Not cleaned properly, smelled bad and mold in the bathroom. The beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever paid to sleep in! We had originally booked for 3 nights but only stayed 1 - I handed the keys back to reception the next day and we went elsewhere. Management did refund us 1 nights stay and the cost of the parking.
