Perfect hotel & location

Great apart from coffee on second day.

Liked:Beautiful heritage building.Room was comfortable and staff were pleasant and mostly attentive.

Disliked:Second morning a Sunday both coffee machines showed sign they needed descaling. Coffee was not drinkable reported to first staff member they ignored me.(I can describe them) Reported again to another staff member who said it would be fixed. Staff then made coffees from another machine and charged for them which I declined!!! At end of service the staff finally filled jugs of coffee. The problem was a lack of regular cleaning of frequently used machines resulting in disgruntled customers and undrinkable coffee.
