My worst experience at a hotel.

Liked:Location is excellent.

Disliked:Service manager in charge on June 8, 2026. At about 9:00 am on the morning of June 8, we had a "Do not disturb" light switched on at our door, but for some unknown reason, a hotel staff simply barged into our room without ringing the doorbell! We were totally shocked! It was the same moment that one of us was about to go in for a bath. How could a hotel staff enter a guest room unannounced at 9 am.? When I brought up the matter to the service manager at checkout, he was unconcerned. He stared emotionless as I narrated the situation. When I pressed further, he said "could I offer you a coffee?" Never in my life have I met a service personnel as uncaring as he is. I will never stay at the hotel again.

Amazing location and beautiful rooms

Disliked:Very confusing when drove in with my car as there’s no one there so wasn’t quite sure what to do but once someone came in worked out level two was reception to check in maybe some more signs
