Good location, good value, rooms generous and quite nice so it’s a good option

Liked:Location, rooms generously and clean, decor quite good and bathrooms quite good too. Good communal spaces

Disliked:Lack of water provided, pillows and the rooms are starting to feel a bit tired needs a refresh soon.

Grown up hotel in a great location.

Liked:We've been coming here since it opened - great location, under used gym, cosy bar. Lovely staff.

Disliked:As returning guests - they always seem surprised.. do they not keep client records? Even with the change from Next to Hilton?

Liked:We had a great stay at this hotel. Modern and clean facilities, great location and lovely staff. They even accommodated a late check out when requested at check in. Comfortable bed and great amenities in the room. Would stay here again
