Liked:The price of the room was great, the reception lady was lovely and the room was good

Disliked:My bed was hard, my pillows were thin, so our sleep wasn’t good. I also got stuck in the elevator and that triggered my anxiety and it was horrible for the rest of my stay I was using the fire stairs and had major anxiety anytime I had to go upstairs or down stairs. The shower also had mould

Great location for Marvel stadium and South bank, room was better than expected.

Liked:Location to Marvel stadium and Southbank was ideal. Rooms were well equipped- particularly the kitchen, full size fridge etc. Quiet

Disliked:the entry to the building and getting keys etc was a bit of a challenge but staff were excellent in the process,
