PROVIDE PROPER ADDRESSES AND GARE AND ROOM NUMBERS. IT KIND OF…HELPS

Liked:Clean, with a few small issues.

Disliked:Arrived around midnight. Was emailed WRONG ADDRESS, no proper PIN to enter complex, it was mess with me actually getting out of car and running around trying to figure out where this place was! Ridiculous. 50mph winds and rain and I don’t have correct address?!!! Called Villatel at midnight and thank God for a great knowledgeable and patients woman helping to give us RIGHT ADDRESS, corrected PIN GATE ENTRANCE #, and CORRECT PROPERTY ADDRESS (place has two roads with exact same road name???!! Omg). She helped us navigate around, held on phone until we got ALL the way into the condo. Finally. SHE, was a lifesaver. Overall Villatel rating? Horrible! She, alone? 10-star.
