Good pit stop for family traveling

Liked:Honestly a lot of the bad reviews of this place are unfair. It overall felt safe, clean, friendly staff, and a great size one bedroom suite for a family of four. Comfortable beds too. If you are a traveling family, book it.

Do not stay

Liked:Wouldn't recommend staying here! Despite arriving at 3:08PM, our room wasn't ready until 3:58PM. Our room was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes, however our check-in kept getting delayed. The elevators also need service: both sound like they're struggling. One elevator door opened when you tried to close it, the other's phone kept going off: did it 3 times in 1 night! A panel of our curtains had dried blood stains. Brought it to the front desk employee’s attention, he offered to change our room the NEXT day. Only saving grace is the spacious rooms, friendly staff, and location. Please avoid at all costs!!!
