Liked:The room and the lobby was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful.

Disliked:There was a weird smelll in the hotel. Like it flooded and they were using the huge industrial fans sitting on the floor. There was a temperature variation, some areas were hot others were cold. I not sure what was going on.

Liked:The lady that checked me in was great and the lady that checked me out was great as well. The cleanliness was amazing. My huge issue is house keeping knocking on the door THREE times before 10am. If check out isn’t until 11am, then why come knocking on the door multiple times over an hour before check out time??? I have stayed at this Hilton hotel several times this past year and have NEVER checked out late. Just doesn’t make sense for house keeping to be like that.

Disliked:I did not appreciate house keeping knocking on the door three times before 10am. I have never been late checking out of the hotel before. If you feel that it is necessary to knock on the door to remind people to check out by 11am, I feel you should do that at maybe 10:30.
