Great location, but overpriced and unprofessional.

Liked:The hotel has a very convenient, central location.

Disliked:I stayed at the hotel on a business trip, but despite its good location, I would not choose this hotel again. In my opinion, the hotel does not meet four-star standards. The overall experience was closer to a three-star hotel, while the price was relatively high. The main problem was the attitude of the staff. Some interactions felt intrusive, arrogant and unprofessional. The hotel did not seem to understand the needs of business travellers, who require a calm environment and practical support to carry out their work. I arrived in the evening and was asked to pay upfront, but nobody informed me that breakfast was served only until 9:30 a.m. Later, getting a coffee and a croissant to take away required the intervention of the hotel manager, even though this should have been a simple request. In the restaurant, a waiter repeatedly tried to start a conversation with me while I was clearly on a business call. When I raised the issue with the manager, the situation was handled poorly. The waiter remained nearby and continued to involve himself through his behaviour and body language, while the manager appeared unable to manage the situation effectively. I was offered vouchers for future stays, but this was not a useful solution because I do not intend to return. Overall, the hotel did not provide the professionalism, flexibility or support I would expect during a business stay.

Liked:The breakfast was good, the location too, but lecked tables for breakfast.Run out of Cheese.

Disliked:The lateral view of the Hotel, it seems based care and the reception was the same.
