Very comfortable for near-the-airport stays

Liked:Essentially, this is a flat for people needing a rest next to the airport before or after a flight. The flat perfectly fulfills this need since it is big enough both for families as well as for two couples who need two bedrooms and a coffee when waking up. The flat has much than that though, and includes a washing machine and other amenities one may need for the stay. Also, if you have a car, the access to the main road leading to the airport is convenient.

Disliked:It is on the outskirts of the town, so if you want a place for a quick bite or shopping, it would be less ideal if you don't have a car

Liked:L’appartement étais bien

Disliked:Upon arrival, we were shocked to find the apartment in a pitiful state. The floors were dirty and sticky, especially in the kitchen. There was hair all over the floor, clearly indicating that the apartment had not been cleaned properly prior to our arrival. To make matters worse, the bed linens had not been changed. Unfortunately, due to the late hour of our arrival, we had no choice but to sleep in the same unclean sheets — an extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Additionally, the showerhead was completely dysfunctional. Water sprayed uncontrollably in all directions, soaking our clothing and belongings. This caused great inconvenience during our stay. Furthermore, we were told that a taxi would pick us up at the airport and take us back at the end of our stay — this service was presented as being included in our package. However, no taxi showed up upon our arrival, nor for our departure. As a result, we had to pay €20 to reach the apartment and €24 to return to the airport — an expense we had not planned for and that should have been covered. This entire experience was very disappointing and far below the standards one would expect. We request an appropriate explanation and a partial refund to reflect both the poor conditions of the apartment and the misleading information provided. We look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.
