Bait and switch with low customer concern.

Liked:Not much. Restaurant staff were great.

Disliked:The room I booked wasn’t available and they had no interest in resolving the request in spite of the fact that myself and the rest of our organization have been going there for years.

Nice hotel in Markham.

Liked:Signature scent in lobby, clean.

Disliked:Very small room, shower fixtures we inconveniently positioned in the showers. Hardwood floors with no area rug lessened the cozy feeling of the room.
