Disappointing place that needs better upkeep

Disliked:First thing we noticed was the hole in the ceiling of the shower with water dripping from a rusted pipe. See photo. Notified host who said there was nothing to do about it. Water was cold and constantly dripping from the hole. Very strange. Made showering unpleasant and bathroom smelled. Moldy shower liner. Dishes in cupboard were caked with food and mold was growing in the coffee maker. When i asked about getting a couple extra towels for our family of four for the week, I was told not to expect hotel service and to wash the four towels provided. No checkout instructions and no broom. Just canister of wipes. We took out trash, ran dishwasher and put away everything in the kitchen. Host sent rude message about not cleaning enough. Ceiling fan caked with dust. Kids bed had no fitted sheet or mattress pad so were sleeping on dirty mattress as sheet would not stay in place. It was just a big disappointment.
