Liked:Location was just perfect for our needs. Travelling between State Hockey Centre and Footscray Hockey was so easy. Met at the door and walked to the parking in underground car park. Owner allowed us to amend the booking last minute and assisted in returning to us an item left behind. For those who like a quiet residential location with a view, this is the place for you. An unexpected oasis in the middle of a busy city.

Disliked:Some items require a little attention such as material on kitchen chairs, carpet and a little dust but on the whole there was clean comfortable bedding and a kitchen with enough pots and pans etc to cook with if you aren't going out every night.

A lovely peaceful place

Liked:This apartment has the most amazing outlook onto a lake. It's a couple of miles of flat easy walking to go round the lake, and there is often wildlife to see. There is a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view. It's really quiet even when there's an event at Flemington Race Course and I didn't hear anything from the neighbouring apartments. There are a couple of cafes and a restaurant just across the way, and a supermarket nearby, though it's up a steep hill. There is public transport available and plenty of Ubers.
