Liked:The breakfast was lovely, the proximity to bus and trains was fantastic. The parking on site for an additional charge was very practical. The bathroom was also very spacious and nice. Staff were very helpful on providing information on the city.

Disliked:The airconditioning doesn't work. It can only be used on a fan function and doesn't cool down the room. This was a huge issue considering how hot and humid it was. We called reception to ask to have it fixed or to move to another room, but were told the fan function on the heater setting meant the A/C worked.

I would not rate it as a four start hotel when I compared it with our stay in Wien with a lower price in Plaza Inn Almei

Liked:Location was good.

Disliked:The breakfast was not as a four star hotel, and the door of bath was broken and some tiles of our room floor was damaged and removed and they did not repair it.
