It functioned

Liked:Staff was friendly. It was one of the cleaner hotels i have stayed at with my pet so that was a pleasant surprise.

Disliked:The air conditioning is not working well at all. It is barely functioning, and even though we were told to be patient because the AC units are old, that’s not the issue. For the price we are paying to stay at this Best Western, I would expect some upgrades. I am unlikely to choose this hotel again, as I have stayed in better places.

Friendly staff; sketchy tenants; needs an upgrade.

Liked:The staff were very friendly! Sauna and breakfast were very nice.

Disliked:Our TV screen was broken and we had to unplug and replug it back in anywhere from 1-4 times before we could connect to anything like youtube or disney+ Every. Single. Time. Our Keurig machine was broken- its power light was on but it didn’t actually turn on or work the entire time. The side of the property where we took our dog on a walk was always littered with half eaten food and trash, and one tenant on the second floor broke and threw their window screen out of the window.

Overall it was decent for what we needed

Liked:The breakfast could have had some more options, and the coffee wasn't the best

Disliked:Overall, it was a good stay. I was disappointed with the self-serve dryer; it took a long time to do laundry, but that being said, I was very happy with being able to do laundry.

Wouldn’t stay due to trashy neighborhood

Liked:Friendly staff - good $

Disliked:Homeless people digging thru parking lot garbages regularly. Sketchy neighborhood & super questionable neighbouring buildings. Not a neighborhood to walk around in.
