Overall, we had a lovely and memorable stay, and we truly appreciate the warm and thoughtful hospitality.

Liked:We had a great stay at this hotel. It is well thought out, with attention given to all the needs of guests. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, including a fully equipped kitchenette. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find fresh fruit in the room for our anniversary, along with towels arranged in the shape of a swan a very thoughtful touch. The hotel also offers washing machines and dryers for guest use, which was extremely helpful during our road trip. There is a nice shopping center nearby, and parking at the hotel is free and convenient. We highly recommend this hotel.

Liked:The staff was absolutely wonderful! Every person we interacted with from front desk, breakfast area, and just walking around was friendly and helpful.

The issues that happened were small and fixable, we would consider to staying there again in June.

Liked:Employees at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful, especially the manager Johnny.

Disliked:Disappointed that our TV quit working, but two maids came in to try to fix, but we could not communicate with them as they didn't speak english. Then Johnny came up and fixed it. Didn't care for the dresser inside the closet where you hang clothes, was hard to hang dresses. Didn't have our light cleaning done one day, so we had to go down to get more towels.
