Not given room you picked

Liked:Booked double beds, when I got there they didn't have any put me and a friend in a king. Why pick room if you can't get what you pick. Would have choose a different hotel. Bathroom dirty, cleaning needs to improve.

Disliked:Didn't get room I choose. Why pick out a room if they are just going to give you what they want. I then tell you they don't have any available.

Liked:Hotel is very dated. Rooms need to be updated. Our room looked very worn. The color on the TV did not work. Everything was blue on the screen.

Great employees - facility is "meh"

Liked:The check-in was fine - and the room was clean. However, the physical issues made the location felt "cheap". In the room, there was only the desk chair; no other chair. There was only one area to put your open luggage - and in a double queen room. I had to put the other suitcase on the floor to download. In the bathroom - there wasn't a rack to put your towel on near the shower - only the toilet lid (nope). The Delta shower faucet was adequate, but wasn't great. The towels were OK, not rough, but certainly not soft. The breakfast area was small and it was too small for the purpose. The lady keeping the breakfast area stocked and clean was tip-top and was doing great.
