Adequate but pass.

Liked:Check in took an unnecessarily long time as no one was at the front desk or near it. Room was average, nothing fancy nothing terrible. The AC/Heat unit made a persistent rattling noise when on. There was a 1-1.5 inch gap under the door that I barricaded with a towel and the yoga mat provided. Mold in the shower and the door stopper fell off the wall when the neighbor slammed the door while I was showering, terrifying me as a solo traveler, and demonstrated previous poorly fixed attempts. Hotel was substantially louder throughout the majority of the night than I would have cared for. As someone who will be booking hotels in the area very frequently I’ll not be booking this one again.

Great stay!

Disliked:I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived, making check-in quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the hotel delivered exactly what was advertised. Great value for the price, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was very enjoyable. I had to leave a day early and am trying without success to contact booking.c

Liked:Shower was excellent. The flooring was very safe and wasn’t slippery at all. One body wash ran out but the second one was full.

Disliked:The only less than perfect aspect was the quality of the breakfast. The eggs were not very hot and they seemed salty. Not bad but not great. Too bad that only one elevator was working. It was a minor issue and I know these things happen.

Perfect Family Hotel: Pool, Game Room, & Breakfast!

Liked:This was the perfect hotel for our family while visiting love ones in the area. The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was clean and larger than the standard hotel pool! We also enjoyed board games and air hockey in the game room. The included breakfast was just right, and the breakfast staff were very friendly. Our room was just right with comfy beds, fridge and microwave, a nice shower, and quality ironing supplies. We loved our stay and would love to be back!
