Liked:Good location, great view from 8th floor, good breakfast and dinner before the flooding, warm welcome, responsive staff, a welcome drink, I found a plate full with fruits in my room at my first day as a gift

Disliked:The problems came after the storm hit Santa Susanna and flooding in the area, no electricity in the kitchen and the bar, so we were forced to go to other hotel for dinner and breakfast. My room door locked due to low battery in locking device, so I needed to wait for a technician to fix it after I changed the key card twice at the reception.

Not a good fit for our family.

Liked:We were travelling as a family. Front desk personel was fine. Manager of restaurant was very kind. We only had breakfast - it was very well done - omelette station; lots of great options for all family members. Better fit for a group of single people.

Disliked:When we arrived, the front desk had not received the Booking.com reservation information. We had to wait for them to call and find the information. Once they had the information, the rooms we had booked online were not available. One room we were given had no air conditioning. The hotel is attached to a night club so was definitely not the vibe we were looking for - very loud and busy. Because the hotel and night club are separate businesses, that information is not clearly available to people booking. When using the search parameters on Booking.com - this hotel came up as a beachfront hotel - it is not. The beach is across the street and behind a row of properties.

ok but boring!! Weather was bad. That's not your fault!!

Liked:Breakfast was ok. Bedroom was in a good sunny position.

Disliked:Balcony to small. The feeling of the place was sad!! Reception area depressing.
