Cancellation

Important Information
The last 8.7 mi is partially gravel and paving. Please drive carefully and slowly. No low chassis vehicles recommended. You do not need a 4x4 to access the property. There is no cellphone reception in the reserve beyond the first gate. Please, make arrangements for late arrivals. No refunds for premature departures. No one-night stays over Fridays and Saturdays. Minimum 2 nights stay over South African public holidays. Please note that late check-out after 23:00 is unavailable at this property. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
