Great stay at - Villa Atlas – Malapascua

Liked:I stayed at Villa Atlas during my time on Malapascua and overall had a very positive experience. The accommodation is quite basic, but that is reflected in the price, and for what you pay it’s absolutely fair. I felt very comfortable during my stay. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they always greeted me with a smile and were happy to assist whenever I needed anything. Regarding the breakfast, even though there are some negative comments online, I personally only had good experiences. I received breakfast every day without any issues. You just need to ask politely, and it’s no problem at all. One highlight of my room was the balcony with a hammock — it was a lovely spot to relax and unwind after diving or exploring the island. The walk to the Atlas dive center was very convenient — only about 2–3 minutes on foot, which made heading out for dives super easy. Overall, a pleasant stay at a good value place with friendly staff and a great location.

Disliked:The only real downside I noticed was the mosquito net in my room. It has large holes and no longer offers proper protection, so it could really use a replacement.
